Problems with a delivered order or questions about your order?
If you have a problem with a delivered order please contact us immediately. All orders must be inspected immediately upon receipt. If you have an incorrect, flawed, soiled or damaged item, Sew What 4U Corp. must be notified within 48 hours of receiving your order. You must also notify us before returning an item, since items returned without our knowledge will not be accepted. If you have a problem with an order please email.

Do you do digitizing for others?
We do not digitize any designs for other embroiderers.
Want to place a custom order or have an item personalized?
Please contact us via phone, FAX, or email. Our sales representative will discuss the process for placing your order, your design, pricing, garment, payment information, etc.
What are the basic steps in completing a custom order?
The following steps typically occur when a custom order is processed:
1.) Contact our sales representative to place the order and make payment, 2). Provide a copy of your logo or design, or select one of our stock designs, 3.) We digitize your artwork/logo or add lettering to a stock design, 4.) We stitch your design on a sample of the fabric with thread colors that have been selected by our staff or per your instructions, 5.) We email a picture of your sewn design or can mail a copy if time permits, 6.) We get your approval or make any adjustments to the design as required, 7.) Your design is stitched on the garments/items you specified when you placed your order, 8.) Your order is trimmed, inspected, folded, boxed and shipped.
