What is your product guarantee?
Inspect your items upon delivery. We will replace an item free of charge within the first 30 days if it was defective or we made a mistake. Please contact us for instructions.

What if the garment I receive needs to be a different size?
A stock item can be exchanged for the correct size, unless it has been a custom order, soiled, damaged, or personalized. We will split the costs for shipping 'wrong-size' items with you -- payment for returning the item to us is at your expense, and we will pay for shipping the new item back to you. We will not usually ship a new item until the returned item has been received. In addition, please include a note specifying the address you would like us to ship to, and what size you would like to exchange it for.

How do you ship and when will I get my order?
Please contact us if you have a preference on shipping or need your order by a specific date. We will work with you to ensure you products arrive when and how you need them.  However, we do not ship Overnight US Mail, FED EX or UPS.

The vast majority of orders are shipped to verified addresses from Illinois via US Mail or USPS Priority Mail. However, we may elect to ship your order via UPS, depending on size, expense, etc. (Please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.) Delivery time may vary dependant upon method of payment, shipper and available stock, but USPS Priority Mail usually takes 3 to 5 days for stock items that are paid via credit card. Orders paid with check or money order are not usually shipped until the payment has cleared. We only ship to U.S and U.S. APO addresses. We do not take COD orders, or orders that will be shipped to countries other than the US.

Payment for email orders must be made within 2 weeks. Otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled and your products will be returned to inventory.

Can I get a product personalized?
We will monogram or personalize any stock item you purchase for a small additional charge. Please give us a call to discuss the details. Personalized items cannot be returned

How do I place an order?
You can always place a credit card order over our toll free phone number. To place an online order for a stock product, just click on a product category, select your product and options, click on the 'Buy' button, and fill out the checkout forms. We can also take phone Puchase Order, FAX , email or US mail orders if you don't feel comfortable placing an order online. Please contact us to place a custom or personalized order. Many orders are placed over our toll free telephone number.

Can I cancel an order?
You may cancel an order for a stock product at any time before it is shipped, for a full refund. You can return stock products that have not been soiled, worn or damaged and are still in new condition within the first 30 days for a refund, minus any shipping costs. Personalized items cannot be returned.

Custom orders may be cancelled at any time, but the amount refunded will be dependant upon the progress and status of the order at the time it is cancelled. For example, we may have to 'pass on' any supplier restocking fees if the order is cancelled after we've received your blanks, digitizing charges may be applied to cover the cost of developing your custom design or logo, and you may be charged for other costs that we incur while processing or canceling your order. Custom orders that have been delivered will not be refunded.

How do I care for my embroidered garment?
We typically use quality polyester thread which wears well and survives normal dry cleaning and washing. Commercial or industrial laundering and bleaching agents are fine, when used on the entire item, as is steaming or ironing with moderate heat. Be sure to also follow information on the care label sewn to the garment. Always protect your embroidery from snagging or abrasion which can damge the stitching and/or garment.
